Dr. Ali Abdulkareem Al-Suwailem

Is the owner and the general manager of the Saudi Law Office. Dr. Al-Suwailem obtained his LLB in 1968 from Baghdad University, diploma in criminal science and common law from Cairo University of Egypt in 1996 and1971 respectfully.

He worked as a legal researcher at Ministry of Justice of Kuwait for the period 1973-1976.

 

The Saudi Law office had been founded by him in 1978. He obtained the license no. 18 from the Saudi Major Court, and license no. 98 from Ministry of Commerce of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and after the issuance of the advocacy regulation issued by the Royal Decree no. M/38 dated 28/7/1422 he obtained the license no. 7/23 dated 19/5/1423H from Ministry of Justice.

In 2007 Dr. Al-Suwailem had his PHD from Ain Shams University. And he is a member of the following national, regional and international institutes and associations:

• National committee for lawyers of the Saudi chambers commercial councils.
• The lawyers committee of Riyadh commercial and industry chamber.
• Arab union for international arbitration.
• Certified arbitrator ministry of justice of Saudi Arabia.
• GCC Arbitration centre.
• Association for protection of industrial property in Middle East and North Africa (APPIMAF).
• International association for the protection of intellectual property (AIPPI).
• International trademark association (INTA).
• International bar association (IBA).

Through his over than forty years of experience he carried out pleadings, litigation and arbitration of all kind of legal cases, commercial, banking, insurance, civil ,criminal and labours , also he played a distinguish role in disputes amicable solution.
