Requirements:

1. A power of attorney executed in the name of the applicant duly notarized and legalized up to the Saudi consulate.
2. A notarized and legalized deed of assignment, if any, executed by the designer(s), assigning the design rights to the applicant.
3. Priority can be claimed if the applicant submits the priority documents within six months from the date of filing of the application in the country of origin.
4. Three electronic copies of the formal drawings, all of them should be without numerals and description.

 

NOTE:

design application will be subject to an annuity due in three months from the beginning of each year that follows the filing year.
